Terms and Conditions of Booking
Thank you for choosing our accommodations for your stay in Florence. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for both parties, we kindly ask you to review the following terms and conditions carefully before finalizing your booking. By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to these terms.
Reservation Policy
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. Please review the details of your booking and notify us immediately if any corrections are needed.
Payment: Payment details, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Full payment is required 14 days before arrival unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
To provide flexibility for your travel plans, we offer the following cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded within 10 days of cancellation.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 to 29 days before the arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This means that 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded, while the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation charge.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date are non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
No-Shows: Guests failing to arrive without prior cancellation notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Early Departure: In case of early departure, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.
Modifications
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your booking:
Date Changes: Subject to availability, you may change your booking dates without penalty up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Any requests for date changes made less than 30 days before arrival will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Details: Should there be any changes in the number of guests or guest details, please inform us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply according to our pricing policy.
Additional Terms
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times will be communicated in your booking confirmation. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Any additional guests must be reported and approved by us in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation during their stay. Any damages must be reported to us immediately. Guests may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement.
Liability: We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
